WASHINGTON D.C. – Now that 45’s fourteenth Impeachment trial is complete, Capitol Hill has turned its focus to something much more important: President Joe Biden’s package. It is one thing to be proud of one's package, but quite another to present said package to a group of 100 people and have at least half of them approve of it. Over the past month, President Biden has spent a great deal of time fine-tuning his package and is very excited to finally show it off.
He believes that bigger is better, but some Republicans have never seen such a large package before and don’t know what to do with it. They feel intimidated and have lots of questions. On his way back and forth to and from Cancun, when asked about Biden’s package, Senator Ted Cruz (R – Texas) said, “I didn’t know a package could get that big. I’m used to much smaller.” While most say that it is not the size of the boat, but the motion of the notion, President Biden just wants to share his massive package with the people. People need it; They are desperate for it. Some people are willing to stand in line for hours just to get a piece of it.
Bottom Line: When people are sick and starving, it is not the time to mess around. Even though you may wish the enormous package was yours, it is not the time to be envious; However, it is the time to get the American people the big package they need, desire, and long for.
